- If it is a pressure cooker: leave them cook for 40 minutes, starting when the valve goes up.
- If it is a conventional pot: cook them until they are tender.
- On the other hand, do the sauté.
- Put in a casserole pan: extra virgin olive oil, fry bread, almonds, and garlics. Coat them with white wine and reserve it. *This is an idea of sauté, but each person is free to cook the one which he/she likes the most.
- Sauté until everything is cooked.
- Add paprika, crushed or fried tomato, mix it and include the boiled pig trotters and the sauté.
- Leave it cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
