This is one of the articles that we Spaniards like the most, since after soccer and politics we love to talk and discuss Spanish food. Things as they are, in England, eat well, what is said well … of course! They have a lot of good things, but I MATO for my Spanish food!
Many of you, one of the first things you usually do when you arrive in Liverpool is look at where I can eat like in Spain or where I can meet other Spaniards. Especially when the provisions that we brought in the suitcase begin to run out or because after a season there are no longer as many packages from Spain as they did in the first months. For that reason I have created this article, to give you, which is in my opinion the 5 best Spanish food restaurants in Liverpool. Let no one throw themselves around my neck, but I have deliberately removed those places where, contrary to the dignity of Spanish gastronomy, they put chorizo in paella or aberrations of that nature. This list shows what in my opinion, more about some places to eat more or less good Spanish food in Liverpool. The Spanish restaurants in Liverpool that I like the most.
First of all, we must clarify that what we understand as a Spanish “gambling den” is going to be very difficult to find in Liverpool, since it is not only about what you eat, but also about the environment in which you find yourself. That is something that is difficult to find outside of Spain, since a Spanish bar is made by the people who are in it. I have not classified from best to least, I have simply listed them, each one has positive aspects and I prefer that you say which are your favorites.
THE 5 BEST SPANISH RESTAURANTS IN LIVERPOOL
• Neon Jamón:
Possibly it is one of the ones that I like the most, the food is good, quite faithful to the Spanish recipes as we know them. Although it puts many more Anglo-Saxon dishes. I personally would put some Serrano ham in the broken eggs, what do you say?

I think it is a restaurant that has a good touch, a not very extensive menu and although some dishes can be improved, in general people like it.

• Pilgrim Restaurant:
A fresh meal, they treat the seafood well and the food is quite good. Creative Spanish cuisine with quality raw materials and a kitchen team with a good hand.

It plays a bit of everything and in my opinion quite well. Rice, fideuas, assorted tapas. The quality of some products could be improved. But overall I quite like it.

I would not like to end this post without making a review about the place where I most like to have a few beers, Alhambra is undoubtedly my favorite bar, not only for the beer that I love but for the atmosphere that it breathes. It is the closest to a Spanish bar that I have found in Liverpool, although its food menu is not very extensive.
