El Lobo Ecologic Nougats
More and more, consumers are socially aware regarding buying ecologic food. Sustainability is one of Gastronomic Spain values and because of that, we have extended our selection of nougat adding El Lobo ecologic nougats.
We have started to please many requests of eco-friendly products by adding the Jijona ecologic nougat and the Alicante ecologic nougat, also known as hard nougat. These are the two most popular nougats, therefore they can never be missing in a Spanish home during Christmas time.
El Lobo Ecologic Nougats
El Lobo nougats arrives to Gastronomic Spain triumphant. As you know, this is the first year we offer the eco-friendly nougats from El Lobo and we could not have chosen a better way to do it than with its ecologic nougats. With these organic nougats we guarantee that all ingredients used in its manufacture have an ecologic origin and certification. The resultant product is one of and unbeatable quality, way more beneficial to our health and with an exquisite flavour noticeable from the first bite taken.
Along the eco-friendly nougats from El Lobo we have also added other traditional references such as the Jijona nougat and the Alicante nougat. El Lobo nougats is a synonym of quality. Although is the first time we are working with them, we have been working for many years with the company that produces them, Almendra y miel, which also produces other renown brands such as Doña Jimena, 1880 and Turrones Picó.
Sugar-free nougats and Christmas confections
The eco-friendly nougats are not the first Christmas products added to our online store. Since 2021 sugar-free Christmas confections can be enjoyed such as polvorones, a type of light and crumbly shortbread; mantecados, a Christmas sweet made from flour, almonds and lard; the Christmas traditional ring-shaped cake eaten on the 6th of January and the Jijona, Alicante and Egg Yolk nougats.
That way, we offer treats for you to enjoy without having to think of the sugar you are eating.
