Sherry Medium Osborne is a wine from the Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry Denomination of Origin, made with carefully selected Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez grapes from vineyards grown in albariza soils, rich in limestone and with incredible water retention capacity. These soils, combined with the area’s mild climate and the influence of the Atlantic, provide the perfect conditions for crafting an exceptional wine.

The Pedro Ximénez grapes are sun-dried before being gently pressed, which adds to the natural richness and sweetness of the wine. Later, the wine is fortified up to 19% alcohol and aged in El Puerto de Santa María, where the unique microclimate enhances its distinctive flavor.
