Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with our products. You have the right to dismiss or cancel your order up to 15 days after you have received your order, without any explanation. We ask you to request the dismissal or cancellation through this link or through [email protected] before the end of the 15 days. The rejection or cancellation of your order does not carry any cost for you.
Withdrawal and Cancellation of orders without sending
You can dismiss and cancel your order before it leaves our facilities. We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day you canceled your order. Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. will make the refund using the same form of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
- payments by credit/debit card: the card used is refunded
- PayPal payments: refunded to the PayPal account used
- payments by bank transfer: in this case you have to provide us with an IBAN and BIC to which you want us to reimburse the amount since due to data protection we cannot see the details of the account from which we received the transfer
Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. does not charge any commission for such transactions. Possible expenses generated by the bank, credit institute (VISA, MASTERCARD) or PayPal are not borne by Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. and we cannot be held responsible for bearing such expenses.
Withdrawal and Cancellation of orders sent
Once the orders have been sent, we accept the withdrawal or cancellation. In the event that the order is in transit, the customer has to wait to receive the order. For reasons beyond Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. External transport companies do not allow a shipment in progress to be canceled but are obliged to deliver it to the destination, yes or yes. In this case, once the order has been received, you must inform us of its receipt so that Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. be able to withdraw the order from the customer's address. The customer is obliged to ensure that the order is returned to Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. in the same condition that you received it. As this is not the case, Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. reserves the right to hold the client responsible for the damage caused.
When the order has been received at the Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L. correctly and in original condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. We reserve the right to subtract the return shipping costs from the amount refunded.
If an order is refused on delivery and is returned to the facilities of Gastronomic Spain Food Company S.L., we will refund the full amount, resting the costs of the refund shipping in case that it has been paid by Gastronomic Spain Food Company SL, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawl.

Returns and Changes
If you want to return one or more products, you can do so through this link or through [email protected] before the end of 14 days after receiving the order.
Please send us the returned products in their original condition, with undamaged seals and intact packaging. If the products are damaged, the seals and packaging broken or the products have been manipulated in any other way, while they were in your possession, you have to assume the cost of a possible loss of value, that is, we cannot refund you, in whole or in part, the price you initially paid.
If possible, use the original packaging for the return and if not a box that fits the product and ensures that it arrives in perfect condition.
Take the package to the postal service of your choice or ask us to pick it up. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, we do not reimburse these costs.
Once we have received your return and it is in its original state, we will refund the amount of the returned products, discounting the corresponding shipping costs, in the event that the return is made with our transport company.

Changes
It is only possible to return cash on delivery. If you want to change a product you must return the product you want to change and make a new purchase at gastronomicspain.com
Return policy:
- Gastronomic Spain only accepts returns up to 14 days from receipt of the order.
- Gastronomic Spain can only refund products received in their original state, with the seals and packaging intact and not manipulated in any other way. If the products are damaged, the seals and packaging broken or the products have been tampered with in any other way, while they were in the customer's possession, the customer has to assume the cost of a possible loss of value, that is, Gastronomic Spain cannot reimburse , in whole or in part, the price initially paid for the product.
- Gastronomic Spain is not responsible if the products received in a return and the return delivery note made by the customer do not match. Gastronomic Spain can only refund the products received.
- Gastronomic Spain is not responsible for the shipping costs of a return.
- Gastronomic Spain only reimburses the amount paid by the customer during the purchase that same day for the returned products, offers, promotions and discounts included.
- Gastronomic Spain only makes cash on delivery returns. It is not possible to exchange one product for another even if they have the same amount. You must make another purchase at gastronomicspain.com
