The garlic sauce is a traditional recipe based on the garlic and oil, with an authentic creamy texture handmade. Now, we are going to see how to prepare this recipe:

1. In the blender glass, add the garlic cloves, salt, oil and lemon juice.

2. Tip: if you dont want the garlic to have a lot of flavour, put the garlic in the microwave or in boiling water for 10 seconds.

3. Beat the mixture without moving.

4. When it starts to emulsify at the bottom, beat from top to bottom with smooth movements. In this way the garlic sauce will be without lumps.

5. Finally, serve the all i oli in a suitable container so that each person at the table can take the desired amount.
